Unless otherwise indicated, all information contained on this website, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, audio clips, writings, images, and photographs is copyrighted by and proprietary to WonderWork, Inc., and may not be copied, reproduced, transmitted, displayed, performed, distributed, sublicensed, altered, stored for subsequent use, or otherwise used in whole or in part in any manner without WonderWork’s prior written consent, except that the user may make such temporary copies in a single computer’s RAM and hard-drive cache as are necessary to browse the website, and the user may make one permanent printout of each page of the website to be used by the user for personal and noncommercial uses which do not harm the reputation of WonderWork.

To obtain permission to use or copy WonderWork copyrighted materials from WonderWork’s website or from WonderWork printed materials, please send your request to: info@wonderwork.org. When doing so, please provide the following:

As each of these places may have laws that differ from those of New York, by accessing this website both you and WonderWork agree that the statutes and laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflicts of law principles thereof, will apply to all matters arising from or relating to the use of this website. You and WonderWork also agree and hereby submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the courts of New York, New York, and the United States District Court for the Southern district of New York with respect to such matters. WonderWork makes no representation that materials on the website are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and accessing them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. WonderWork, Inc. (WonderWork) has created this Privacy Policy to explain why we collect particular information and how we will protect your personal privacy within our Web site. What Information We Collect and How We Use That Information:
We collect two types of information, Standard Web server traffic pattern information, and information collected through our registration forms. Standard web server traffic pattern information is comprised of general traffic, site usage, and length of stay information which is collected and stored in log files. This type of information is shared externally, if at all, only on an aggregated basis.
Our registration forms require users to give us contact information that may include name, email address, format preference (HTML vs. Text), address, interests, and similar information. We use this information to contact you should there be a question about your donation and we also use this information to personalize communications to you to keep you informed about our programs and progress. We do not request or store sensitive information from our visitors, such as credit card or social security numbers.

Internet Protocol Address:
We collect an IP address from all visitors to our Site. An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer when you use the Internet. We use IP addresses to help diagnose problems with our server,
administer our Site, analyze trends, track users’ movement, gather broad demographic information for aggregate use in order for us to improve the site, and deliver customized, personalized content. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Use of “Cookies”:
